May 7, 2003 – Commencal Bicycles just completed an agreement with Olivier
Bossard and his company ” BOS Engineering”. Beginning today, “BOS” will
take care of the development of Commencal frames and suspensions in the
following areas:

– Anne Caroline Chausson's race bikes
– mass production bikes

The project manager is Frederic Bernard, the engineer at Commencal
Bicycles. Bernard and Bossard worked together between 1993 and 1998 with
much success. Chausson, who was aware of their partnership back in 1993, is
pleased with the prospects as a result of this new prodevelopment.
