March 06, 2012 (Halifax, NS) – On Sunday, April 15, Bicycle Nova Scotia will be holding a Mountain Bike Commisaire’s Course. This is a free course and participants who complete it and also officiate at a BNS Mountain Bike event during the current season (2012) will receive a free 2013 BNS Mountain Bike License.
