by pedalmag.com

June 26, 2010 (Italy) – In early June Bianchi held a press launch in Italy for their new 2011 road range and unveiled their top end Oltre, and the Sempre which is part of Bianchi’s B4P (Born for Performance) road collection. The company also showcased a restyling of their Infinito and Methanol SL MTB models.

The Oltre is part of their HOC (Hors category) road range featuring a new carbon super-light weight rigid frame with X-Tex Technology – Bianchi’s “unique process to internally mold X-weaved structural carbon to provide better results in terms of stiffness and impact resistance.” According to the company it’s “the best performance Bianchi road frame ever made.”

Sempre is Italian for “always” and it targeted to all performance riders featuring race geometry, a full carbon frame built with Nanotechnology, and oversized head tube and BB for rigidity and handling. Bianchi has also developed a complete new range of customized components (Bianchi Reparto Corse) that perfectly match the Sempre colours.
