August 26, 2012 (France) – Here’s the latest news from Nigel Ellsay, reigning 2012 Canadian Junior Men’s TT Champ, who won again in France courtesy of Cycling BC and Canadian Track Coach Richard Wooles.
With good form that is building I managed to win my 5th race of the season at Prix du Plateau. I attacked out of the winning break with 4km to go then held on to win. The last member of my team to win Prix du Plateau was Kiwi George Bennett- now riding professionally at the USA Pro Challenge with RadioShack-Nissan. This win would not have been possible without the help of so many people back home; Coaches, Family, Sponsors, CBC and CCC that have helped me develop. Thanks guys and I am really looking to rip it up at the Worlds in ONLY a few weeks time now.– Nigel Ellsay
