May 14, 2011 (Vancouver, BC) – The Technical Guide for the upcoming BCMCA Stage Race from May 21-22 is now available. The BCMCA stage race, organized by the Mid Island Velo Association, is a development from past May weekend events. MIVA’s predecessor, OBB Wheelers, has put on the event for the last three years and will show the same high level of organization.
