Join the “Chicks” for an afternoon of fun and lots of interesting
information geared towards the training needs of female cyclists.
Everyone welcome – the clinic is open to both women and men. Coaches
of female athletes are encouraged to attend.
Presented by the Dizzy Chicks Sport Health / Sport Science Team,
sessions will include sports nutrition, mental training, strength &
conditioning, physiotherapy and video performance analysis.
