November 3, 2004 – It is now November 2004 – your memberships from last year expired August 31/04. If you have not renewed, you will not be allowed to ride! Be prepared to show your membership card or proof of membership (Karelo receipt) We, the board have been granting a grace period to allow for riders to renew etc. However, we have had a membership of over 300 previously, but only 55 riders have renewed or taken out memberships since Sept. 1, 2004. Where is everybody? From the # of people that I have seen at the track, there are riders on the track who have not renewed and are still riding. We are not prepared to allow this to continue. There will come a point where you may be told that you can’t ride.
