November 19, 2005 – Please be invited to the 2005 Alberta Bicycle Association Race Organizers’ Meeting, to be held in Red Deer Saturday, November 26th, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn, located at 6500 67th St. (67th St. joins highway 2 on the north side of Red Deer) The purpose of the Organizers’ Meeting is to plan road, track, mountain bike, and cyclocross event dates for the 2006 racing season, and discuss issues related to race organization, and racing, in the province.

Race Applications, including deposit, are due at the meeting. To ensure your first choice of a 2006 date, please attend the meeting and submit your application at that time. Race Applications are available under “resources” at www.albertabicycle.ab.ca Agenda items are most certainly welcome, and may be submitted to Andy Holmwood. Please take advantage of this opportunity to share ideas amongst fellow organizers, and have your voice heard. If you wish to host a 2006 race, but are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Andy Holmwood prior to the meeting. Lunch will be served; please RSVP to Andy.
