May 20, 2004 (Toronto, ON) – The Canadian Olympic Committee is pleased to
announce the most recent updates to the Athens 2004 Qualification Status List for
Canadian Summer Athletes. The 2004 Canadian Olympic Team will be announced
in July 2004.

Cycling
The UCI has confirmed that Canada has earned three quota positions for the
Men’s Road Race, three quota positions for the Women’s Road Race, and two quota positions for the Women’s Road Time Trial.

Please note athletes must meet Schedule A, B and C criteria to be eligible
for nomination to the Canadian Olympic Team. The complete Athens 2004
