Antoine Duchesne 2nd at 35th Annual Polynormande

August 04, 2014 (France) – Canada’s Antoine Duchesne (Team Europcar) earned his first Pro podium since joining Team Europcar finishing 2nd at the 35th edition of the 169.5km Polynormande, a 1-day race in Normandy from Avranches to Saint-Martin-de-Landelles. Jan Ghyselinck (Wanty-Groupe Gobert) took the win with Duchesne at 8s followed by Quentin Jauregui (Roubaix Lille Metropole) in third.

“Really happy with my second place today at @polynormande first podium in a Pro Race!!! next stop : Eneco tour” tweeted Duchesne. Renowned Belgian pro Philippe Gilbert (BMC Racing Team) won in 2005.
