July 25, 2007 – There’s more fallout at the Tour today as Cristian Moreni (Cofidis) has tested positive for testosterone on Stage 11 (July 19) as reported by the French newspaper L’Equipe. The Châtenay-Malabry laboratory, the same lab that tested Floyd Landis, confirmed it was exogenous testosterone and Cofidis has announced it has dropped out of the Tour.
