June 18, 2003 – Allen Lim has been on the cutting edge of training with power since portable power meters hit the market. He has extensive experience working with professional level athletes and the demands of competition that they face. Lim is currently working on his PhD from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has also worked as a team director for the Celestial Seasonings women's team. Allen currently coaches Canada's very own Michael Barry-member of the USPS Cycling Team, and Team T-Mobile Member Dede Demet-Barry.
