June 6, 2006 – The selection procedure for Masters’ positions on the Alberta Provincial Track Team has been modified from what appears in the 2006 ABA Handbook. The new selection procedure appears below:

Master riders Two riders will be selected to the Provincial Track Team for the Masters’ National Track Championships, occurring July 6th to 9th in Bromont, Quebec.

The first position will be selected according to the number of omnium points earned in Category 3 at the “Velocity Shish-Ka-Bob” Track Meet, occurring June 10th and 11th in Edmonton. The second position will be a “Racing Committee selection”.
