December 15, 2006 – Here’s the latest from Alberta Cycling headquarters including info on the 2007 ABA Racing Calendar, 2007 Alberta Sports Hall of Fame Nominations, 2007 Club Packages and Licenses and 2007 Insurance and UCI Waivers.

2007 ABA Racing Calendar
The staff of the ABA is in the process of building the 2007 Racing Calendar. Organizers wishing to host events next season are encouraged to contact Technical Director Andy Holmwood, or phone 403.297.2720. Look for a draft 2007 calendar on the website by mid-December.

2007 Alberta Sports Hall of Fame Nominations
Nominations are now being accepted from the public for the 2007 Alberta Sports Hall of Fame Inductees. Nominations will be accepted until Wednesday, January 31st, 2007 at 4:30 pm.

2007 Club Packages and Licenses
We are now accepting applications for 2007 Club Affiliation and Licenses! Click here to be directed to our online registration system. Click here to download the 2007 Membership Application Form.

2007 Insurance and UCI Waivers
Please note that for insurance reasons, no 2007 licenses will be processed without an original, signed copy of the insurance waiver and declaration (ie. NO faxed copies). If you know that you will be applying last minute for a license, click here to download the waiver, sign it and mail it to us; we will keep it on file until your license application is submitted.
