November 24, 2003 – The Alberta Bicycle Association is pleased to host a Road and Track Technical Assistant Commissaire Course Saturday, November 29th in Red Deer. The course provides an introduction to Road and Track officiating – no prior racing or officiating experience is required. Clubs please take note – next year you will be obliged to provide a certain number of Commissaires based on your membership numbers. The course will run from 10 am until 5 pm., at the Red Deer Holiday Inn (6500 67St. Red Deer). Registration fee is $35.
