March 1, 2003 – Following a thorough study of all documents submitted by the parties, the Professional Cycling Council's designated referee has accepted the request as presented by Mr. Aitor Gonzales Jimenez. Therefore, as of today, Mr. Aitor Gonzales Jimenez has the right to register with the Fassa Bortolo Team, without prejudice whatsoever on his eventual responsibility in the civil and penal procedures currently in progress.
