June 15, 2019 (Pembrey Country Park, UK) – Canada’s Leah Kirchmann (Team Sunweb Women) came so close to victory finishing second on the final Stage 6 from Carmarthen to Pembrey Country Park, 125.9 km, to finish 6th overall at the Ovo Energy Women’s Tour that wrapped up on Saturday. Amy Pieters (Ned) Boels Dolmans Cyclingteam won the final stage and Elizabeth Deignan (Gbr) Trek-Segafredo Women took the overall.
