Pan Am Junior Track Championships Day 3 Full Results – Gold and Silver for Canada

July 10, 2013 (Aguascalientes, Mexico) – Kinley Gibson delivered more gold for Canada winning the Women’s Omnium on Day 3 at the Pan Am Junior Track Championships while Eric Johnstone claimed the silver in Men’s Omnium for a double-medal day.

Gibson came third in the Individual Pursuit, third in Scratch race and then locked up the title winning the final event the 500m TT. Johnstone was second in the men’s Individual Pursuit, placed 6th in the Scratch race and also won the 1km TT landing second on the final podium.

Guilliume Roussell raced well for the Canucks in the men’s Sprint and made it to the quarter finals (to be held July 11 in the morning) securing a top-8 finish.
