September 23, 2018 (Innsbruck, AUT) – Canyon-SRAM took the surprise victory in the Women’s 54.7km TTT winning the first title as the 2018 UCI Road World Championships get underway in Innsbruck-Tyrol, Austria. Canada’s Karol-Ann Canuel racing for Boels Dolmans took home the silver while Leah Kirchmann with defending champs Team Sunweb settled for the bronze.
