April 27, 2012 (Halifax, NS) – Bicycle Nova Scotia has released the MTB XC race calendar. The best six of seven events count towards final overall point standings. Also included in the calendar, but not part of the race series, are two endurance events.

– May 20 – Victoria’s Secret, Truro
– June 10 – A-Gore-Aphobia, Gore
– July 1 – Spokebender Classic, Wentworth
– July 15 – Fitz of Fury, Scotsburn
– September 2 – Gorge XC, Kentville
– September 9 – More Gore, Gore
– October 7 – Links XC, Woodville

– July 22 – Conquer the Pass, Wentworth*
– August 4-5 – Gorefest Mountain Bike Race, Gore*

*Not part of the BNS XC Series
