July 3, 2011 (Burlington, ON) – Annie Ewart (Cycling BC) has captured another gold taking the win in the 67.68km Junior Women’s road race on Sunday at the 2011 IMMUNITY-FX Canadian Junior/Master/Paracycling Road Championships. Allison Beveridge (Team Alberta) finished second and Alizee Brien (Equipe Du Quebec) was third in a repeat podium of Thursday’s ITT where Ewart won her first gold. She took home silver in the Criterium on Saturday which Beveridge won.
Quebec ruled the Junior Men’s 112.8km race with Emile Jean (Equipe du Quebec) taking the gold followed by teammate Elliott Doyle in second with anothe Quebec rider Frederic Cossette (SpiderTech p/b Powerwatts) in third.
