September 19, 2011 (Collingwood, ON) – Andrew Watson (Independent) picked up the elite men’s Ontario Hill Climb title on Friday at Blue Mountain in Collingwood, Ontario, while Mandy Dryer (Independent) grabbed the women’s win.
