January 20, 2011 – The Canadian Cycling Association is pleased to announce the list of selected para-cycling athletes to represent Canada during the 2010 Track World Championships that which will be held in March 2011 in Montichiari, Italy. The CCA selections are to ensure that the Canadian team will collect as many UCI points as possible, to optimize the Canadian representation during 2012 Paralympics in London, Great Britian.
The selected athletes are:

– Genevieve Ouellet (tandem)
– Emilie Roy (pilot)
– William Stanley (tandem)
– Doug Baron (pilot)
– Marie-Claude Molnar
– Brayden MacDougall
– Jaye Milley
– Eric Bourgault
– Matthieu Parent
The para-cycling program would like to thank all applicants and coaches involved. Athletes will take part in a preparation camp in Europe to finalize and to optimize their performances.
