November 13, 2003 – From Montego Bay, Jamaica the vote is in: New Delhi, India will host the 2010 Commonwealth Games, devastating many Hamiltonians and Canadians alike who had their hopes on Hamilton. The city had a strong shot at hosting the Games, and many thought it was a surefire win after Hamilton staged a very sucessful 2003 Road World Championships.
