David Veilleux (QC) Kelly Benefit Strategies/Medifast 4th in the Elite Men’s category won the U23 Men’s title with Bryson Bowers (ON) Jet Fuel Coffee second and Garret McLeod (NS) Apogee/Kuota 3rd.
