July 10, 2008 (Ottawa, ON) – Bikerace Ottawa is pleased to announce that total cash prizes will be $4,500 plus the championship medals. Out-of-province riders can compete for the cash only while Ontario riders can win both. The course has been modified due to a road washout. The circuit will now be 1.9km but it will still include the chicane/hill combo, with the finish line about 650m from the last turn.
