February 9, 2005 – As of this morning, 2005 Licence Renewal packages are in the mail. Every 2004 OCA UCI licence holder and general member will receive their own personalised renewal form. The package also includes a “Thank you” letter and an OCA AGM booklet.

There are many changes in OCA policy for 2005. This includes (but not limited to) the upgrade policy for MTB upgrade and O-Cup points, road Master options and racing two criterium races on the same day. It is in your best interest to understand the new policies before you purchase your membership.

The OCA highly recommends that each member reads “Guidelines to Completing your OCA Membership form” before completing their renewal form.

Citizen Permit holders will receive their renewal packages later this month.
