July 9, 2004 – USPS’ Mike Creed won the second stage of the Cascade Classic in Bend Oregon, with Canada’s Gord Fraser (Health Net) and Cam Evans (Symmetrics) coming in fourth and fifth. Webcor’s Christine Thorburn took the women’s stage, with Quark’s Lyne Bessette taking third.
