June 14, 2005 – Pre Registration for the Westside Cycling Classic 2005 ends Friday at midnight, after that time registration will only be available race day, save $5 and pre register today.

Bonus Prizing for the Cat 1/2 men and Cat 1/2/3 women of $250
KOM/QOM, and $100 gift certificates for the first lap primes

Great Draw Prizes for all riders and volunteers: including a special night on the town at the Wedgewood Hotel with Dinner for Two in Bacchus Restaurant and two tickets to the Ballet, plus many many more great prizes.

Limited Rider Parking: will be in the west parking lot of Safeway, space is limited to about 50 places so it will be first come first served, please car pool or ride to the event (forecast is sunshine!) or park on one of the many side streets.

Vancouver Mayor Larry Campbell will be in attendance for the start of the Cat 1/2 events he will also be following the race in the VIP Vehicle and presenting some prizing at the end so lets put on a good show for him and show the city just how many cyclists there are out there and why Vancouver needs events like this on its calendar.

Hollywood Presence:
With so many famous faces in town right now don’t be surprised if you see a few familiar faces in the crowd, especially a certain comedian whose good friend keeps winning in July!
