March 26, 2008 (Edmonton, AB) – Three years of planning for a new indoor 250-meter velodrome and multi-use center at the current Argyll Sports Park; 68 Ave. & 88 St. will come to a head on Monday, April 7. A final public presentation by the City of Edmonton Community Services Department and the Argyll Velodrome Association to the Community Services Committee of Council is intended to bring a final vote of support from the councilors for this project.
