September 18, 2007 – The BC Cancer Foundation Tour of Courage Community Ride on Sunday September 23rd needs a few more volunteers. As with all charitable events, we look to our community for people to volunteer their time to make things happen. This is your chance to come support Lance Armstrong, Axel Merckx, Steve Bauer, Phil Liggett, Chris Carmichael and Johan Bruyneel as they ride the streets of Vancouver and Richmond in support of the BC Cancer Foundation

The Community Ride will start and end out at Thunderbird Stadium at UBC. As the Ride starts at a respectable 10am, we would look for volunteers to join us around 7am to 9am depending on your role. Set up crews start at 6am.

All volunteers will receive a unique Tour of Courage T-shirt, food and water during the event and a chance to win one of our many draw prizes!
