January 25, 2006 “” The Victory Brewing Professional Women’s Cycling Team will make an appearance January 31, from 8-10 PM at Barley’s Taproom (http://www.barleystaproom.com — 42 Biltmore, Asheville, NC, phone: 828-255-0504) in downtown Asheville, NC, to kick off their 2006 nationwide campaign. Of the 11 team members on hand, notables will include U.S. National Champion & New Asheville resident, Lauren Franges, and Canadians Kirsten Robbins, Laura Yoisten and Leigh Hobson.This special event at Barley’s will give attendees the opportunity to try three of Victory’s
most popular brands including; Victory Lager, a helles style lager, HopDevil, an India Pale Ale, and Golden Monkey, a Belgian style tripel.


To complement each of the fine beers Victory Brewing Cycling Team members will offer free autographs and posters for the duration. Barley’s Taproom is best known for their wide selection of quality brews, including Victory Brewing products, and their fresh sourdough pizza. The historic Asheville location was originally an appliance store before being renovated in 1994 to an 8,000 square foot restaurant.
