Velofix and Olympic Medallist Simon Whitfield on Dragons’ Den Nov. 26 at 8pm

November 25, 2014 (Vancouver, BC) – On November 26 at 8pm pst on CBC two Vancouver entrepreneurs enter the Dragons’ Den along with their business partner and Canadian Olympic gold medalist and flag bearer Simon Whitfield. They will pitch the Dragons’ on their new mobile bike repair business.

Velofix allows riders to “Save Time and Ride More” by bringing the bike shop directly to the client in the form of a Mercedes Sprinter Van, fully equipped with all the tools and parts required to fix or tune up any bicycle right in the mobile Shop Co-Founder Chris Guillemet states that with aggressive growth plans for the business it was an incredible process to pitch the Dragons and get their direct feedback.

Since the airing Velofix has experienced rapid growth and now have four trucks on the road in British Columbia and have expanded into southern Ontario and are currently receiving an influx of franchisee applications throughout Canada, the United States and internationally.

Although Chris is not able to share the outcome from Dragons’ Den until after it airs he states “it was a great experience and opportunity to share the story behind our business model on national television with a panel of Canadian business moguls.
