September 22, 2013 (Florence, Italy) – Specialized-Lululemon defended their TTT title winning the Elite Women’s 42.79km TTT in Florence on Sunday as the 2013 UCI Road World Championships gets underway. Rabobank Liv Giant took home the silver and Orica-AIS the bronze. Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies with Canada’s Denise Ramsden, Joelle Numainville and Leah Kirchmann finished 8th.
