May 21, 2016 (Albstadt, GER) – Here are the results from the U23 Women’s 24.6km XCO race where Soren Meeuwisse was the top Canadian in 32nd as Sina Frei (Sui) JB Brunex Felt Team took the win over Evie Richards (Gbr) with Anne Tauber (Ned) Habitat Mountainbike Team in third. Team Canada Catherine Fleury who was on the podium at round #1 in Cairns, Australia, suffered an early crash and DNF’d. The race included a 3.6km start loop and 5 laps of a 4.2km course.
