January 21, 2009 – The new version of the UCI ProTour website has now gone live. The website provides information on the 2009 ProTour calendar and presents the 18 UCI ProTeams and their riders. The site will publish start lists before each race and subsequently the results (including stage results and general classifications). It will also feature photo galleries and articles before and after the events. Visit the new site at www.uciprotour.com.

UCI ProTour events form part of the UCI World Calendar that also includes “historic” events. All of these races count towards the UCI World Classifications.
