September 5, 2008 – On Saturday September 27th the Tour of University Heights will be the final road race of the year in Ontario. Come out and enjoy a great day of road racing and support youth cycling.

Race location is at Driftwood Ave and Jane St., Toronto. It is just minutes away from the 400/401 highways. Registration at the Driftwood Community Centre.

Youth Race
Racing is available for all ages from 10-16 in youth categories. Youth races feature medals and winners jerseys for the following male and female categories (age as of Dec. 31, 2008): Squirt (10), Peewee (11-12), Minime (13-14) and Cadet (15-16)

Two Nintendo Wii’s for the draw prize. One for the 8 youth category race winners and another for all the other youth riders entered into the event.

Open Race
For all riders 17 and older, don’t miss out on the open criterium with a tentative prize list of $2500 with $1000 going to the race winner!

Pre-registration is available through the OCA’s event registration system at www.ontariocycling.org. Sign up today for only $20! Sign up early to help secure the Open race prize purse.
