August 04, 2013 (Elk Grove Village, IL) – Canada’s Ryan Anderson (Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies) claimed 2nd overall in the men’s GC while teammate Joelle Numainville (Optum-Kelly Benefit Strategies) was also 2nd on the final GC women’s podium as the Tour of Elk Grove wrapped up on Sunday.

Elia Viviani (Ita) Cannondale Pro Cycling won the final Stage 3 Crit over Anderson for the GC victory. Numainville was third behind Stage winner Kimberley Wells (Fearless Femme p/b Pure Energy) as Shelley Olds (Team TIBCO II) took the overall.
