Tour of California — Stage 7 Final

February 26, 2006 РOlaf Pollack (T-Mobile) made it two in a row winning the bunch sprint over Juan Jos̩ Haedo (Arg) Toyota-United Pro and Andr̩ Greipel (Ger) T-Mobile Team, to take Stage 7, the 123.1K Redondo Beach Circuit Race, and the final round of the Amgen Tour of California.

Floyd Landis (Phonak) held on to his lead to win the overall with CSC’s David Zabriskie (USA) and Bobby Julich (USA) in second and third respectively.

Canada’s Gord Fraser (Health Net p/b Maxxis) lead the Canadian charge in the final stage today finishing sixth, while Michael Barry (Discovery) was the top Canadian overall in 16th.
