Skujins takes surprise win [P] Cor Vos
May 12, 2015 (San Jose, CA) – Tom Skujins (Lat) Hincapie Racing Team, the defending Tour de Beauce title holder, added a career-best victory to his palmares with a surprise win at the 168.9km Stage 3 circuit race in San Jose with a break-away move that saw him take over the race lead as well.

Peter Sagan (Svk) Tinkoff-Saxo was second again besting Julian Alaphilippe (Fra) Etixx – Quick-Step in the final sprint uphill to the finish.

The top Canuck was Michael Woods (Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies) in 8th followed by  Rob Britton (Can) Team SmartStop in 15th with Britton now sitting 3rd overall and Woods in 12th. Skujins also captured the Mountain (KOM) Jersey.
