Hesjedal 2nd Overall after Tour de Suisse Stage 2

June 09, 2013 (Crans-Montano, Switzerland) – Canada’s Ryder Hesjedal (Garmin-Sharp) almost escaped near the end of Stage 2 from Quinto to Crans-Montano, 170.7km, to finish 4th and now sits second overall at 3s behind race leader Cameron Meyer (Aus) Orica-GreenEdge. Bauke Mollema (Ned) Blanco took the stage win with Mathias Frank (Sui) BMC Racing Team in second and Thibaut Pinot (Fra) FDJ in third.
