May 22, 2009 – The Canadian Cycling Association is proud to announce the appointment of Julie Hutsebaut as para-cycling Coordinator. Having raced occasionally for Canada on the road and being a certified coach, Julie comes to us with great cycling experience in international race organizations and team management.

A graduate of Communication from the University of Ottawa, bilingual with some knowledge of Italian, Julie brings complementary skills to the Association. Julie has started working for the CCA on May 18th on a part-time basis (Mon-Wed) and will fully integrate the CCA team in September.

Thanks to Podium and Sport Canada funding, the CCA has almost finished its hiring of staff to bring us success in our programs through to London 2012 and beyond.
