September 6, 2005 – Debating between participating in the Terry Fox Run or the Plastiglas Provincial MTB Championships for September 18th?

Not to worry. The Ontario Cycling Association and Chico Racing will have a Terry Fox Foundation donation station set up at race registration.

The Terry Fox Foundation is a grass roots organisation who does not seek government funding for administration or fundraising costs other than small government grants for part-time help. 87 cents of every dollar raised by the foundation goes to fund cancer research.

Riders and spectators can simply make a donation to the Terry Fox Foundation via cash or cheque during the Provincial Championships. Registration is from 10-4 on Saturday, September 17th and 7:15-1 on Sunday, September 18th.
