SPROCKET Film Festivus in Support of Ride to Conquer Cancer® benefiting BC Cancer Foundation

On Friday, May 28, 2010 take in the “SPROCKET Film Festivus” starting at 8:00 pm at The Royal Canadian Legion (Broadway & Alma), all proceeds benefit The Ride to Conquer Cancer.

The “Brothers” are part of team Crankin’ for the Cure, eight compatriots who are raising $50,000 for The Ride to Conquer Cancer.

To raise funds, and share the fun, “The Brothers” have created the SPROCKET Film Festivus event on Friday, May 28.  The SPROCKET Film Festivus is a pub night with a Bike Film Festival Theme at the Royal Canadian legion.

This will be an old school pub night at the Legion, benefiting both the Legion and charity, with a cool bike film festival theme and fund raising competitions (tricycle races, darts, shuffleboard and a classic, Legion style Meat Draw).

We are asking for a donation of $10 at the door, with (cheap) beer proceeds benefiting the Legion!
