August 10, 2004 – Join BC Team Coach Judy Latoski for this one day session covering the basics of road racing skills and etiquette. Topics include bike fit, preparing your training plan, nutrition, paceline riding and more. $50 course fee includes a full day of professional instruction and a handbook.
