The new XC-inclined Roval Contrôle SL is even lighter than the original Contrôle, but stiffer, thanks to a new oversized axle. The Controle SL features a tubeless compatible, E5 alloy lightweight disc rim with eyelets (tubeless rim tape included), DT Aerolite 2.0/0.9 x 2.3/2.0mm bladed spokes (front: 24-spoke DoubleDrive pattern, rear: 28-spoke 3x pattern) and Roval Titanium quick releases. The front hub offers a carbon-fibre center tube and oversized axle, and the rear hub has a CNC-machined alloy body, high-quality Swiss-made internals, ratchet and cassette. The approximate wheelset weight is 1,385g. The MSRP is $2,099.99.
