May 9, 2005 – In order to plan for the racing events on Saturday night this week and on the long weekend, we need to know which racers are planning to be racing on the Velodrome, the next two weekends. My main concern is the long weekend (May 21st). In order to put an event on we require 10 Madison racers & 10 London Track league racers. We found out this past Saturday that with a low rider turn out we have to shift things around, not giving enough rest for the riders.

Please respond before Thursday 10am so we can send out the correct information to the media & race fans.
