April 14, 2009 (Orillia, ON) – The High School Championships take place on Friday May 22 at Hardwood Ski and Bike. It is a Cross Country mountain bike event open to all High School and Elementary eligible riders. Riders can compete under a School Team or as an Independent.

There are Individual Races in the morning with each rider also earning points towards team scores. The afternoon features an exciting Team Relay race.

All riders are highly encouraged to Pre-Register, as this is the only way to be eligible for Start Line Seeding and Draw Prizes. Riders may also reserve their Souvenir High School Championships T-Shirt with registration before May 15.
