“I would like to send a HUGE thanks to Rocky Mountain. I’ve been racing with them for the last ten years from development level in 2006 as a U-23 to high international performance in 2015; it’s been awesome to race for Rocky Mountain. I will race for a new team in 2016 and this is quite exciting, stay tuned as I will announce this on Saturday.”
He also personally thanked Rocky’s parent company Procycle, its owners the Dutil family, his mechanics: Jean-Francois Gelinas Bike and Jerome Sanfacon, as well as teammates and friends Andréane Lanther-Nadeau, Jérémy Martin and to the great gang at Lessard Bicycles and their head mechanic Remi-Claude Pelletier for maintaining his bikes.
Earlier this month, Gagné was voted Best Overall Cyclist (Male or Female) and Best Overall Senior/U23 Male Cyclist for Pedal’s 2015 Annual Cycling Awards – click here. Rocky Mountain issued a statement on its website to say “farewell” to Gagné. Stay tuned to Pedal for further developments!
