August 13, 2007 – The race across Canada is almost upon us. For those of you who haven’t been following along you can find out how five riders will attempt to cross Canada in just nine days all in aid of Juvenile Diabetes by visiting www.teamh2v.com.

Team Halifax 2 Vancouver is only 31 days from lift off and so I will continue to pepper you to help us [irritatingly I’m sure] down the stretch. We need your voices.

It is time to donate and motivate those that don’t have a cause to do the same please. Please help find a cure for Juvenile Diabetes. Go to www.teamh2v.com or come down to the store and we’ll make sure your money finds its way to the hands of those that can make the research become a cure.

We are closing in on $700,000.00 but need to keep pushing. TSN has officially picked up the story and so we will be National asap with media attention. Also look for the story to appear in Time Magazine shortly and hopefully some of you have seen our videos, heard us on the radio and seen the team in action on the news and in the paper. We re working as hard as we can to do our part.
